Children who had lost their parents due to HIV/AIDS and abandoned or neglected by their relatives unwilling to provide care and support to them after the death of their parents come under this category. In this type of program CORA Provides them with food, clothing, shelter, education, medical aid and counseling in the Orphanage Home all under one roof. This project was started in Tiruvannamalai and Tirunelveli district in 1999 and Both Tiruvannamalai project and the Tirunelveli project were funded by a single Spanish donor ,ANESVAD from 1999- 2014.

The project accommodated a maximum children of hundred children during an academic year.

Tiruvannamalai Institutional Orphanage Home care program and the Tirunelveli Home projects concluded in 2014 after completion of the funding support.  The project supported around six hundred children who have now completed their higher / vocational education employed married and settled. Some of the children are still in communication with the organisation.
